2009 IHSAA State Finals

2009 AAU Scholastic Duals - (DISNEY DUALS)

While wrestling on the Penn Extreme Black team, Avon wrestlers Matt Rassbach and Cole Brandt lost only two matches between them.  Both wrestlers finished with All-American honors for there efforts.  Matt wrested 135 pounds and finished with a 7 - 2 record and a bronze medal.  Cole finished with an unblemished 9 - 0 record and a gold medal in the 171 pound weight class.  Congratulations to both wrestlers on their success and we look forward to seeing their hard work payoff this winter.

Join the Avon High School coaching staff July 13th-17th for the Avon Wrestling summer youth camp.  The camp is open to any wrestler in grades 1-8 that lives in the Avon Community School District.  Be sure to register prior to the camp.
